Carin Christy, MA, LMHC
Therapist. Art Therapist.

My Approach

In my work, I strive to create a therapeutic connection with each client that is unique to their needs.  The wisdom to heal lies within each individual. My role as a healing professional is to assist each client in deepening their understanding of their own story and internal experience.  As a therapist I seek to support the journey inward by acting as a companion in your work to find relief from suffering.

About me

My passions include social justice work, art, dance, swimming, family, animals, and the ocean. I am a professional Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an MA in Art Therapy from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.  I live and work in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where I live with my husband, two teens, and a house full of pets.
